I was 20 years old and won a scholarship to study in USA. Since then I have never stopped exploring, working and living in the different countries. To be precise I had lived in total in 7 countries. This unique experience – how to create a career abroad, how to move to a new place, how to adjust to a new environment is reflected in the training courses Steppe by Step offers.
Recently I realised that I reached everything that I dreamt of in the early days of my career: to see the world, to work in different international environments, to achieve a good education, reach senior management and negotiate million dollar agreements. And it is time for me to go in a different direction. This direction being towards myself, my true self by sharing what I know with people.

As a single mother who was building my professional career abroad, I also searched for solutions on how to unwind and find peace inside. Yoga and meditation helped me a lot in connecting with other people. It made me more aware of who I am, it taught me how to find that right measure of the balance between various parts of my life. It became that secret ingredient that kept putting a smile on my face in harsh situations, not taking everything close to heart and keeping it within an arm’s length distance. I discovered yoga in 2001. From that moment yoga became part of my daily routine. I am a dedicated practitioner of yoga and a Yoga Teacher. If I am on vacation, it is probably either a yoga retreat or a professional yoga course. How to bring calm and mindfulness to a busy life, how to find strength inside? In search of all these answers, I traveled to China, learned Tai-chi, Kung-fu and practiced meditation in Kerala, India. All this knowledge and experience is reflected in my coaching session, training, and wellbeing retreats I provide for corporate executives and individuals.
